Lung stimulation post covid / post flu

First of all, I am not gonna lie here. I am not a health professional, nor a self made fake guru snake oil seller. However most likely, if not surely, in the last 20 years I have read more books on health, sports, nutrition and hydration, practiced, consulted and advised more clients, than many self claimed naturopath, health guru, vegan master and so on.
When I see these self claimed or even certified experts being for instance obese, unfit, unhealthy, I am getting so angry and uneasy, I just want to slap them in the face. How can you advice, council or treat somebody, if you cannot handle your own self. This way it is impossible to be an example for others and to affect people ! Anyways !

I have been using and learning about essential oils for over 20 years. For me simplicity is key to anything. I like to have “goto” stuff for any situations and not to be overwhelmed. I dialled down the number of oils in the house. I have oregano oil. That is the master oil. It is so strong, it literally burns. I use it for many stuff. In case of an intoxication, it can kill off harmful stuff in the stomach. It can disinfect wounds, can be used on warts and many stuff. Cinnamon oil I use it also for mouth rinsing and skin care. Tea tree is a goto for anything. It is light. It can be used inside the mouth, on the skin, in vaporisers and so on. Ravintsara is gentle too. It can be used internally by adding 1 or 2 drops into a tea. Maybe once a day for 3 to 4 days.

The lungs

I have been using a 3 oil combo for 5 days now. It works like a charm. Maybe it can help others too. I simply fill up a tea cup till half. It can be camomile infusion or simply boiled hot water. I add 2 drops of:

  • Rosemary
  • Peppermint
  • Eucalyptus

I cover the cup with my hand, creating a funnel, and inhale it deeply by the nose, using the diaphragme. I am being careful surely at the beginning when the scent is strong. If you go to close or too long, you’ll get mustard-brain for a second or two. Or ice-cream brain, lol. I do this inhalation for 10 to 12 minutes. Especially before sleep. Like 40 minutes before. To have a cleared up breathing, calm lungs, no coughing. In the morning before I am off to work, I would do the same, but only with one drop of each and less warm water. For instance 1/3 of room temp water and 2/3 of boiled. This way, it is less strong, but evaporates slower.

I had the seasonal flu and this year instead of 2 days, I was knocked out for 2 weeks. Still not back to running to make sure that I am cleared up. However, since I have started this protocol, my lung pain and breathing difficulty is drastically decreasing. I have very visible daily improvements. It is simple, cheap, can be used for months on end, till back to normal.

I hope that this will help others in case of post covid or post flu bronchitis. For me it works like a charm !
