Hill exercises, that everyone should do – #fitness

A couple of days ago I did a very simple workout, what I actually perform at least once a week, but during base building, with some modifications of course, this can be an every second day routine. I focus on my core, my joint stability and definitely my ankles and calves as they harmonically work together. Don’t forget that calves are actually your second heart that pump back your blood to it’s refreshment point ! Get them strong and get them moving !

They add coordination to your movements, help improving biomechanics, mobilize and so on ! Please check it and practice it !
